We had a bearing failure on our fifth wheel in Seminole Texas late on a Saturday afternoon. We called Palomo Used Tires and Jose Palomo was quick to help us with what could have been a real disaster for our family camping trip from Colorado to Corpus Christi. He helped us find parts and install the new breaks and bearings. He even let us camp overnight at his shop! Jose Palomo was very skilled, efficient and kind. Our RV had a flat on the highway and we called Palomo’s Used Tires to see if we could air up the tire and try to make it 8 miles to his shop. Minutes later, a man pulled up in a pickup and asked if we’d just called. It was Mr. Palomo! He said he’d just helped an 18-wheeler and was in the area and saw us and figured we were the ones who’d just called!
