Nice place to live
It's a little private compared to other spots in Del Rio, so you do get some breathing room. Most days it's peaceful, but you will run into an occasional nosey or loud moment like anywhere else in Del Rio. As for neighbors, it's a mixed bag. 98 percent of the neighbors do mind their business. Maintenance requests have been handled decently, though response times can vary depending on the issue. Zingvestments LLC is the management, and communication from them is pretty straightforward.
My little family of 4 lived here a little over 2 years and absolutely loved it. The location is great, as all the town shopping centers are within a 5 minute drive and walkable if need be. Its a very quiet, well kept and safe community. And an extra bonus is the lake is about a 15 minute drive away. Communication with the owner and park manager is completely open and done so with ease and comfortability. If it were not for a family a emergency we would have never moved, if life permits we will most definitely return.
