Great area by shopping area and bar and restaurants pretty much life in del rio
You appreciate more the good neighbors that live in the neighborhood. Once in a while , a bad apple will spoil the neighborhood. The apartments before you enter tend to be too noisy. It’s not that quiet. I saw a lady once reversing back around 1am in her car, and one of the kids jumped on the hood of the car. Crazy !
Mobile homes outdated,the one i saw had a awful smell,had call the number on their website and left a message,but never heard from them .
