Delivery drivers cant get in because they disabled the keypad
Want quiet and respectful neighbors in the expensive apartment you pay for, well DON’T look here. Thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors / people run amok here. Such a let down in many areas- I will let people know the experience I had here when they ask for recommendations. NEGATIVE. You’re not paying a premium* in this complex for sure. Don’t let the pictures fool you.
I’ve lived at Palimino apartments for 3 years, and after my recent experience, I can’t recommend this place to anyone. My vehicle was stolen right from the parking lot this month, and when I reported it to management, their response was basically a shrug—like it’s just another day here. They acted as if car thefts are par for the course, which is insane considering they charge a month for what’s supposed to be a “premium” living experience. Let’s talk about that premium price tag. Great community
Great amenities, great staff, great complex….. but they don’t have at&t as an internet provider and we had to go with spectrum. which is unfortunate due to interruption of services etc and issues with spectrum. I wish they had more variety of carriers for internet needs. especially for people who work at home.
