My car was stolen twice, my boyfriend’s truck was broken into twice, and my mom’s truck was also broken into. My boyfriend’s work truck was messed with. Thieves come in here like they live here, and the apartment complex does nothing. The gates are always broken, and car/truck windows are constantly being smashed. The front office just gives you attitude and says, "Sorry that happened. There's nothing we can do." Want more stress in your life? Move here

I just moved in 2 weeks ago, and Aleena Fuss made this process as smooth as can be! So far it’s quiet and clean. The apartment is very nice and spacious. Definitely recommend living here.

Want quiet and respectful neighbors in the expensive apartment you pay for, well DON’T look here. Thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors / people run amok here. Such a let down in many areas- I will let people know the experience I had here when they ask for recommendations. NEGATIVE. You’re not paying a premium* in this complex for sure. Don’t let the pictures fool you.

I’ve lived at Palimino apartments for 3 years, and after my recent experience, I can’t recommend this place to anyone. My vehicle was stolen right from the parking lot this month, and when I reported it to management, their response was basically a shrug—like it’s just another day here. They acted as if car thefts are par for the course, which is insane considering they charge a month for what’s supposed to be a “premium” living experience. Let’s talk about that premium price tag.
