Horrible experience, they don’t call back at all and they installed carpet with tak strips coming thru and I have been calling all week and when they answer and hear my voice they hang up!!!!

Palombo's & Flagg contractor Ron was very unprofessional! He did not follow through with our schedule appointment when I called to inquire he started yelling about being busy and hung up.

This establishment is completely unprofessional. I had an appointment and they never showed up to install the carpet.

This company left a flyer in mail box so I wanted to try and support my local community business. I tried to go through this company to get some work done to my house. They have 3 different numbers calling you from different people. The guy actually came out to see what I wanted done and told me that he would be calling me with an estimate. A few days went by and I did not hear anything. I decided to follow up to see why I haven't heard anything. The old grey haired small staute guy who works with this company acts totally unprofessional, disrespectful and rude when it comes to giving me a proposal for work after giving me a quote. After sending two texts and a couple of days later my husband called about getting a proposal and the only thing this old guy said to my husband in an unpleasant tone that he already gave me a quote then abruptly hung up on my husband while he was still talking.
