Very disappointing experience. We found the pool and spa areas in extremely unsanitary condition on multiple occasions, with trash and food throughout the area and debris floating in the spa. On one visit, the spa water was also unusually low and extremely cloudy, making the amenity unusable. For a community at this price point, this is unacceptable. The amenities should be clean, sanitary, and properly maintained. Management’s response and follow-up were very disappointing.
I’ve had a very bad experience with getting things resolved here regarding safety. Homeless people are hopping over the pool fence or reaching their hand in, for the door handle. I have witnessed this several times and have called the security line that Palomar Station advises residents to call for instances like this as they say they can’t handle this directly. Worst experience trying to rent a place here. Staff is clueless and disorganized. I find it amazing how they detour potential renters. Will update if they can get their act together, but most likely, they will not.
While walking by the blonde woman who works at the front desk; I thought she was waiting on me to exit the sidewalk. Instead she rudely took up the sidewalk so I couldn’t pass and then coughed on me, all in front of prospective tenants. Shame on you!
P.S: the community’s response below is far from true. If you get another internet service provider, you still have to pay them for cox internet (kinda shows how they don’t disclose everything). The other thing, they don’t disclose to you how you pay for people using grills (gas), showers at the pool (gas and water), and other amenities. In short, you pay for amenities they offer to everyone This community fails to disclose the true cost of living here before you sign the lease.
