Jorge and the whole maintenance team are great. They are honestly the best part of living at Palomar. Dependable, friendly, and hard working….. give these guys and gals raises!!!
Living here has been a great experience, and I appreciate how quickly things get taken care of when needed. Ricky does a solid job making sure maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner, which makes things a lot easier. It’s nice knowing that when something comes up, it won’t take long to get fixed.
Staff and maintenance are every helpful, always take care of any issues that arise very quickly.
Ricky is the best Maintenance guy I’ve ever had, He is so efficient, supper quick, he’ll go out of his way If you need any extra little things around the house, kind, reliable and overall the best!
I lived here for 2 years. After I moved from one appartments to another inside Palomar they charged me cleaning fee and it’s alright but when I decided to leave Palomar they charged me for everything possible on their list and it was over 1k for move out statement! Apartment was in same great condition like 1st apartment when I moved inside Palomar. So once they realize you are leaving from them your deposit is gone. So you will lose your deposit no matter what.
