Once my lease was up, my husband cancelled our gas and electric yet we were still getting charged for 3 months, now we are demanding for a refund and it’s been an on going issue since JULY. Every time I send them an email, it’s the same response “we haven’t heard from upper management” and I just can’t believe how they’ve been handling this situation. We invested so much into this community and for them to not even acknowledge that is beyond us. This is actually ridiculous.

Greystar sucks! Worst management company we have ever dealt with. We will never rent from another property run by this company. They want to nickle and dime you for your whole deposit upon move out. All the people working in the office will tell you something different when questions are asked. Glad to be done with them.

I toured this location about a year ago in search of an apartment for school, and I was met with subpar customer service. They were very inattentive and seemed like they did not care for our business. After touring the complex, we were met with an outrageous price for the amount of space provided per layout.
