I rented a wheelchair from here for a week to be used on a three day outing in L.A. (Disneyland, etc) for my visiting family, and to be used for local sightseeing. Once up in L.A. and using the wheelchair for the first time, the chair proved to be defective and totally useless. Substitute chairs had to be rented at the venues visited, for a much higher cost.
