My husband and I went here for two scans. Mark and Jess were wonderful for one. Great customer service. Caring and supportive. Chris was the same for the other. They made a difficult situation easier to process. We were very pleased with their compassion.

No wonder this place has such bad reviews. You have to pay for parking, go through a security screening, then front desk before doing anything. If treatment is what you seek, I wouldn’t go here.

Apparently, Curley, Moe , and Larry are running this dysfunctional institution. I had three epidurals at Palomar. They sent three bills to my home address, which I paid promptly. They sent paperwork for thee radiology portion to the third-party provide with an address I hadn't lived at for 12 years. Those ended up goin to collection. this department is terrible. When you call them they are very brusque and there are always hurdles to jump through. they act like you are bothering them whatever you ask them to do such as send the report to my doc. When I went for my appointment they told me to be there a half hour early (which I did), and then they were a half hour late so I'm sitting for an hour with a full bladder that was necessary for the ultrasound. they are disorganized and unfriendly. go somewhere else!
