There are several offices in the building.
Urgent care is always busy. I got there about 5 minutes before opening and I was 4th in line. Once you checked in, it was pretty quick to see someone. I was in and out in about an hour but I did get there early
I went in this morning right when they opened for help with an ear infection. Almost all the staff member I saw were masking (minus one receptionist behind a full wall divider), and the front staff was knowledgeable about what insurance companies worked with their group. All of the other patients in front of me were given what information they could on either getting to a provider that accepted their insurance or how to get the information they needed to work with their group.
