One of the worst experiences with a doctors office. This review has nothing to do with my actual doctor. This office uses a 3rd party system when you call. You can never get ahold of the actual office, it is infuriating. The 3rd party leaves a message with the office for them to call you. If you miss their call you have to start the process over again. It’s ridiculous will be changing doctors due to this.

I really like my provider, and she is the only reason I am sticking around Graybill. However, it takes WAY TOO LONG to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment (nearly 13 minutes in my case). And now I can say that I never want to hear any version of "Anything Goes" because that was the song that kept playing on a loop (for what seemed like an eternity)! Graybill... please get a better phone system and better costumer service representatives.
They are horrible. One of the primary care physician’s thinks she’s the FBI. I switched jobs so my insurance changed, this was in insurance network. I showed them my past charts and prescriptions, Dr Sharma, the female physician would not prescribe me my medication unless I submitted to a drug screening. 1) I don’t use any drugs that would cause issues with medicine I’ve been taking for 5 years 2) Kaiser never asked me to submit to a drug screening 3) what business is it of hers if I did use drugs 4) I asked her “in the futu... read more
Awful took my two year old here yesterday. They misdiagnosed her for pink eye when she clearly had symptoms of periorbital cellulitis. Her eyes were so swollen nothing else not anything like pink eye. If I didn’t listen to my intuition and go to Scripps this morning this could have caused serious issues. Thank god the pediatrician saw it within 10 seconds and diagnosed and started her on antibiotics. I’m not sure these people are even doctors - very strange this was missed. This is dangerous to miss.
