This place is a joke. I’ve had a damaged finger for multiple weeks now. Had an x-ray done. If there was clearly nothing visible on the x-ray and MRI referral should’ve been done right away instead of waiting two weeks to get referred out to a specialist waste money on a copayment and time off of work to then get the MRI scheduled then have to wait a couple more days to get a reevaluation by the specialist and then schedule whatever needs to happen after
The office staff is incompetent. They always send my mom's prescription to the wrong pharmacy. They are disorganized, always texting and completely inconsiderate.
I have an excellent doctor. I tried to message him and the message system is either not monitored or doesn't work. I tried to phone three different numbers and could not reach anyone. One number said they would call me back but that hasn't happened, the other two just ring and ring and ring. I don't know what to do. What is the point of having a doctor if you can't get in touch with him or his staff? The bureaucracy of this place appears to be on the verge of complete collapse.
I brought my dad in because he wasn’t feeling well, and overall the experience was disappointing. The staff member who assisted us was not wearing a name tag, so I couldn’t identify whether they were a nurse or a medical assistant. Throughout the visit, the staff appeared disengaged and not very attentive, which made an already stressful situation feel worse. What was especially concerning was the discharge process.
