It’s been taking me more than 3 weeks to get a simple referral processed! I went in for an appointment to get this referral, and nothing has been done about it. Overall, they are not efficient at all and don’t care about your health. I guess that’s what I get for going somewhere with bad reviews to begin with. I wanted to like it and say good things about this place, but my experience has been frustrating and very negative here
This medical group used to be amazing but they have gone way downhill. First they use ghost network providers that won’t call you back and today it took me more than 20 minutes to try to make an appointment. They need to hire competent receptionists for their family medical department
This is a great office. The staff have been so kind and helpful to me, and we like Dr. Johnson.
