The office of Dr. Ariel Palanca, orthopedics, is hands down the Worst, most unprofessional, disorganized and mismanaged health service I've ever experienced from any medical office or group. First, you'll have to wait 15-30 minutes just to speak with someone. Then when you do speak with someone, they're unprofessional and disrespectful. This organization is rated D by the Better Business Bureau, and for good cause. Don't go to this office if you can avoid it. The staff is unfriendly and sour, and they do not return phone calls (they won't answer your call even if there is only 1 person ahead of you). I called and got a call back whereby the caller made an appointment for an annual physical, and I was offered to have the appointment via video/audio.
