FYI this number is not in service anymore that shows on the information page. I have been seeing my doctor for 4 years at least and the phones went down when they had the breach here recently I think end of April. Since then I have not been able to get a hold of my doctor because their phones are still not working. He is all the way in valley center and I have to physically drive there and get a prescription on paper because their systems are still down.

The staffs are super rude. They have no respect for different cultures or religion. Waiting line is very long. Not very sanitize. Is very nasty place to be.

I had an appointment at 7am I was there at 650am and all lights were off door was locked and I called the office to see if they were open and the answering machine said they opened at 8am so I waited in my car because still all lights were off then wt 715 I decided to go check again and there was 2 receptionist and they rescheduled my appointment because they said I was late still all lights off from the waiting room?? This facility doesn’t care if you’re in pain .

Rafael from Orthopedics literally made the whole experience much more enjoyable and comforting. He did a phenomenal job with the cast and answered all the questions I had in a way that I could understand. Great guy!
