Nothing but problems mud in my pool, no privacy, noise , of heavy equipment back and forth, my house shakes like a constant earthquake. This has to be the most nuisance I have ever had in my life . Good luck getting them to fix any issues after the sale of the house goes through. Purchased a new home from Palomar and haven’t been able to get anything fixed that was broken before purchase. After my work order was ignored and I went in to talk to an employee they told me to write a letter to the owner if I hope to get anything done. What a joke. Maybe this review will wake them up.
