Great management company. This is one of four properties they have in the Houston area managed by S2 realty. So helpful. The property is gorgeous right on the water. I was shocked at how affordable these units are, especially with all of the amenities
I’ve only lived here 6 months and It used to feel safe until my truck got stolen off the property in the middle of the night, and when I ask the neighbors all I heard were bad reviews. Multiple cars have been broken into and stolen off the property within the last month and also they have been some break ins as well. I reported my issue about my truck to the front office and they said they don’t have security cameras around or at the entrance which I think that is ridiculous. Great experience from start to finish working with Lillian. Had a relatively short timeline and had complications with my documents but ultimately she sorted it out last minute to get me moved in on time. Apartment has been great so far.
