My experience with Dr. Yen-Hui Soong at Paloma Medical Group yesterday was truly excellent. The clinic was clean and well-kept. Although I don’t speak English, the front desk staff, the nurse who attended to me, and the technician who performed my pulmonary function test were all incredibly patient and kind. Dr. K is professional, thorough and compassionate. Her Medical Assistant, Angie, is the best ever. She always goes out of her way to address my medical needs and accommodates me with patience and kindness. Both are keepers! Michael
Dr. Chang is a very thorough and dedicated doctor. He or one of his PA’s explained the results of all my tests. He came up with a plan of action to treat my cough. I know he will do everything he can to help me. I appreciate that he wants me to call in 2 weeks to check on my progress. I’m lucky to be seeing him.
