This is the worst clinic I have ever been to.
I’ve been a patient here for a while and wanted to add a different perspective. I’ve had consistently good experiences. Scheduling has been reliable and easy, including online booking and same day work-ins when needed. The front desk staff are kind and professional. The NPs I’ve seen listen carefully, explain options, and refer to specialists when appropriate. I’ve always felt well treated and supported.

They need better organizing and scheduling. Every-time I schedule or they call me to schedule and appt they call me on the day of to re-schedule or move appointment. I’ve had this happen several times. It’s inconvenient I have to move my scheduled around and it interferes with their school schedule or work. The ladies in the front are amazing but idk if it’s management or what. Do better! I’m moving doctors.
