bought my home from Century Communities in Katy in 2023, and the flooring began separating and coming up shortly after the 1-year warranty ended. The builder and their flooring contractor, Interior Logic Group (ILG), both refused to take responsibility — even after their own inspector admitted the issue was due to poor installation. Communication has been terrible. No written inspection report was ever given, and both companies stopped responding once I followed up for a fix.
Alex Vargas was absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, he made the entire home buying process so smooth and enjoyable for my clients. Always professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the community, and went above and beyond to answer every question.
