Been in the house two weeks. AC wired wrong and messed up blower motor. Causing it to run constantly making our bill $$$ on top of the repair fees. The dishwasher & disposal are wired wrong so the switch under the sink turns on the dishwasher.. When we need to use the disposal, we have to unplug the dishwasher, plug in the disposal, flip the switch then switch them back after. Not to mention we smelt gas and the gas company found FOUR GAS LEAKS. Cheaply, rushed built houses. Also nails.. Picked 2 out of our driveway so far.
On my first home purchase I have encounter multiple issues with my warranty regarding issues throughout the home nothing was ever done to correct the issues. All I ever got was excuses or no reply from the Century representative Scott Elliott instead of correcting the issues they damaged more along the way caused by their contracted employees. I am truly disappointed with how century goes about taken care of customers! Definitely do not recommend. Century
