I called Palo Verde Pet Clinic for an appt for my pet due to the short staff at the Foothills Hospital per referral. The lack of professionalism and apathy I received from your employee (call taker) was insulting to say the least. I felt so stupified explaining my situation to this individual just to say "no appt till Monday". New patient there, called with concern about my puppy that they were currently treating and was told, no appointments available call Foothills Animal Hospital we cant help you today. I would not recommend going to them for anything other then check up because when your pet needs them they are not going to be there for them.
