This is a really old mobile park and it has definitely seen better days. Palo Verde Mobile Manor (pvmm) has been around since the late sixties or early seventies and used to be a pretty nice place. Over the years it has slowly deteriorated and occupancy dwindled. Poor management and a lack of interest by the ownership has taken a toll on what was once a pleasant, affordable, and eye-appealing community.
