DONT BUY A PALO VERDE HOME!!! UPDATE: (12-16-24)I have been in my home for 14 months and I have found yet another manufacturing defect. I replaced the toilet in the master bath with a smart toilet only to find that the toilet drain flange was put in slanted. Rather than fixing it. They put an extra wax ring on it and used a longer bolt so it would reach. And as I was cleaning off the wax from under the toilet, two things caught my eye. Terrible customer service and terrible quality
I bought a home from them back in October and I wish I never bought from them. You don't see the building errors till you have been in your home for a while. Looks like my home was built by learning high school students. Back door leaks sand when the wind blows, master shower drain not even with the tile. It's even with the concrete, not the tile. Plus jagged edges. Marks on the walls. A huge Unpainted area in the livingroom. A patch job not finished. Looks like there was a hole in the wall. The dual sinks in the master bath... read more
The walk thru was very detailed. Zach was awesome! Alot of areas were already marked prior to us showing up. He was very patient and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with our new home experience.
