We have dealt with Palo Verde Glass and Screen since **** when they installed our various screens and shower doors in our new home. We had tried several companies before we discovered them. I have used Palo Verde Glass & Screen on two different occasions. The first being when I remodeled my master bathroom. HUGE under taking. The mirrors in the bathroom were very large & had many intricate cuts and angels. The original glass company that was hired did a terrible job. The mirrors that were delivered (having to be ordered 3 separate times) had been totally measured wrong and the installers broke them during each installation (hence the 3 different orders) My neighbor recommended Palo Verde Glass & Screen. My experience with this business has been negative from start to finish. After months of waiting and having paid a deposit of half the total cost, the installers put in 2 screen doors that were not what I had wanted, and the installation left large gaps between the door and the door frames. Because the owners were resistant to my initial complaint about the screen doors and the large gaps, I protested both the deposit and the balance with my credit card company, not wanting to miss the time period in which one can dispute an... read more

I had to Google RSI Enterprises and the only one I can find is in Glendale, AZ. *** called them today XXX-XXX-XXXX and he said you are not in the system and that PVGS is not a customer of their collection agency. Set up a estimate to get some windows replaced at my home. When the estimator showed up he demanded $100 non refundable payment to just give me a estimate. Worst glass company I have ever encountered. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!

Our estimates are free unless you are selling your house and have an inspection report. This information was not conveyed to us when you called for the appointment. Home sellers are giving "cash back" to the buyer from our estimates. The $100 is completely credited to the home seller upon signed quote and deposit for work to be performed. The conversation turned hostile by the home seller and I was unable to explain this policy in detail.
I had an estimate done and a few weeks later ordered window and patio sun screens for my home. My estimate was very vague in terms of the documents I received. I didn't think I would need that much detail since I knew what I was ordering. My estimate sheet simply said "4 @ the price" that I was quoted. I wanted 3 windows and a patio door screened, so this made sense to me. The first issue I noticed was when they came to pick up the patio door to re-screen. The scheduler said she would have someone arrived right at 7:30. By ... read more

I said that you would get better insect control with 2 screens per window but we could install them either way. You chose for better insect control. My hand written estimate on the first line states "2 windows and 1 patio door sunscreens". Also it states on the bottom the color of screen and frame. After I received an online quote, I asked for someone from Palo Verde Glass and Screen to come out to provide me with an estimate since I am not a window expert and wanted to make sure that I wouldn't end up paying more than expected. When the employee arrived, he confirmed the price of the original quote and asked if I was ready to schedule the job. I let him know that I was not ready at that time.
