Sitting on the South golf course at the Boulders Resort in Carefree is Palo Verde. It's a simply elegant yet casual restaurant serving up Southwestern inspired dishes for breakfast and dinner. Sit inside the rotunda style main room or put on the patio overlooking the course and pond. While my daughter sticks with pancakes, my son and I can't pass up a good order of biscuits and gravy. Great atmosphere and staff. Seated right away. The coffee was hot and quite good. Our server recommended us some great dishes and we were not disappointed. Amazing experience! Don't change a thing! :)
