This is a wonderful company, I've been with them for 32 yrs. and would'nt think of going anywhere else. It's like a family.

I am a six year policy holder of Palo Mutual Insurance, and I believe this to be one of the better decisions that I have made. While having insurance with one of the larger companies, I felt I was just a number, but I find being with Palo Mutual, its like being one of the family. The office stall is friendly and knowlegeable. I have never had to file a claim, but have friends who have, and they say they had quick response, were treated fairly, and were satisfied with their settlements. I give Palo Mutual a "two thumbs up".

I have been insuring my property with Palo Mutual for 23 years. This insurance company is local and employs local people. It is owned by the policyholders. They are all invited to the annual meeting where they have interesting speakers, door prizes and a wonderful meal. They even have a fire safety inspector who makes recommendations to prevent fires. This is a great service! I did have one minor lightning claim and they handled it very quickly and I was well satisfied. I think everyone should have a Palo Mutual policy.

I have insured my home with Palo Mutual since 1996. I have found them to be a very helpful company and they have always taken care of all of my homeowner’s insurance needs. I like insuring with a local insurance company that can respond quickly when I require their service. I feel safe insuring with Palo Mutual because they have been in business since 1912.
