I’m surprised there isn’t more great reviews on here. After going through many dentist offices in Lakeland, I tried Palo and haven’t looked back since. The service and proper billing did it for me. Every dentist office I used in Lakeland ended charging more, months after the appointment,every single time. I had to pay over $100 to have my filling fixed at another dentist. Dr. Was rough and not cold. Have found a new dentist.
First time I’ve been here and it was such a great experience! They made me feel comfortable at all times, they educated me on everything they did. It was not expensive at all! My teeth's actually feel clean unlike before I had cleanings done. 100% recommend!
It’s unfortunate to post a first negative review to a business. That place is a business, not a service to your health or a concern to a person wanting to get service. Or even learn about options. not pleasant at all! I painfully paid $159 for coldness. Happy holidays Went to Winter Haven Dental instead.
