i brought back a non functioning item within 24 hours With reciept and they told me they wouldnt return or replace the item. thsts terrible service and i will NEVER spend a penny there again

I was very disappointed today with the way that employers treated me when I expressed my concern about dogs locked in the car outside their store. They very rudely blew me off and told me it wasn’t hot enough. As an animal friendly store.. this did not make sense to me. They did not even check it out..
