Great, fast customer service. Cassie took the time to make sure we were filling out the correct forms and understood the process from start to finish. Was able to fit us in to her schedule with no appointment. Highly recommend!
I had fingerprinting done elsewhere to get FBI clearance for a license application. This was sent back as being defective because my fingers were too smooth and the lines did not show up well enough for the FBI to check. When I went to get new fingerprinting done , I went to Palo Alto LiveScan instead of my first place, and Cassie was an absolute professional! What a difference with the other fingerprinting place. I had a great experience at this live scan location! I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment and the process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. She explained the breakdown of my payment without me even asking, which I really appreciated, and I received my receipt immediately by email. Everything was done quickly and with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
