No call backs, minimal help, no encouragement, tons of hurdles. Don't expect to get responses via email or phone. Must be in person to do all transactions. The teachers and kitchen staff are great but admin, financial aid, advising and even the book store are headaches. No one is held responsible but the student. I recommend Central Texas College if you're looking for a good community college. I regret leaving CTC.
