I ordered a hard to find pipe from these folks and they not only sold it an a great price, it was in perfect condition upon arrival and packaged very carefully. Thank you! I'll be back.

I ordered a stunning Peterson XL90 pipe and a box of filters from John at Palmyra, and everything arrived much quicker than expected. The pipe exceeded all of my expectations for being an estate pipe, as it literally appeared as new. John's gift at pipe restoration is second to none. Incredibly satisfied with the purchase and service. Highly recommended to any pipe enthusiast.

Ordered two Nørding Hunting pipes that I could not find anywhere else. They arrived in beautiful condition, really well restored pipes. As I ordered to Norway, I encountered high import taxes that I did not think about when ordering (completely my fault), and the owner John immediately offered me to reduce the costs in retrospect to split the extra fee. Incredible customer service and great communication, would order from this store again!

Ordered 3 restored pipes and the orders were fulfilled very quickly. There was clear communication through the entire process. Items received were as pictured on the site and the estate pipes have been restored to a great condition. I am beyond satisfied with Palmyra and will be checking here in the future for local source of new and restored pipes!
