This is the way this place is being ran right now! My girl is a CNA! The cook is leaving so my girlfriend was asked to work in the kitchen to help feed the patients, ok nothing bad there except there’s 60 of them to cook for, all 3 meals! I am retired army so I helped of my own free will! We cooked and cleaned for 5 days straight! On the last day the administration told her after we worked from 5:30 am for her to go back on the floor after her worked 8 hrs in the kitchen! I worked for this company for over 10 years..nothing but the best of care.
family oriented with a lot of heart. yes the building is old, but renovations are underway by the new ownership. yes, it was at one time the school of Palmyra residents, but to me that's history and when we get a resident who went to school here their faces lights up and the stories begin to flow. we have carried a bad rep for years, and trying to get rid of that image is hard. but we will not be defeated by the bad comments. we are looking ahead to brighter better days. before long everyone can say, Wow they have come a lon... read more
Man!! I don't see how the patients have any private with 4 to a room and very little space for the patients ... Anything against the CNA's but the building is a HOT mess needs to be worn down and rebuild the use to be a school and u can tell it was and to be located by a Cemetary is sad within it self
Great nursing staff and great atmosphere. The rehab dept is very thorough!
