They called and told us to arrive an hour earlier than scheduled for my 3 year olds procedure just to have us wait 3 1/2 hours to start. Ridiculous. It seems many staff members left and took a lunch break.
Best medical care I've ever received!!! Well worth the wait! If they give everyone the excellent care I received for my procedure today, and that is why I waited, then that is ok with me because every patient deserves excellent care. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

Professional staff with exceptional nurses, anesthesia team, and our ENT Dr. Stein who’s wonderful. The front desk check in was a breeze and smooth. Lots of repetition with check in and post-op information which is great for patient and parents to have time to process and ask questions. Communication leading up to the surgery was also excellent. I would recommend this center!
