Dr Ellen carefully managed the treatment and care of our dog over 6 months, and the entire crew constantly went above and beyond to give our boy the best chance at a happy life. We were provided a professional and thoughtful service from start to finish. If your pet is ever up against it, rest assured they are in the best hands possible. Having recently moved to Townsville we visited this vet and were happy with their service... that is until we ordered a medication for our cat through them. Instead of costing $140 (as we'd been paying for the last two years) they charged $326 (a 232% price increase!). We called around other vet practices in Townsville who all quoted us $140-170 for the exact same medication from the same compounding pharmacy.
