Great clinic with a supportive team. As a final‑year vet student, I learned a lot from their clear explanations, strong patient care, and organised nursing staff. Excellent environment for both students and clients.
My dog was in a lot of pain and needed surgery on both of his hips. Unfortunately, my local vet in Charters Towers wasn't able to perform the surgery and referred us to Townsville. From the very beginning, Dr Maddie was absolutely amazing. After reviewing his X-rays and medical history, she quickly identified the best course of action and arranged surgery much sooner than I expected. I came in on Saturday afternoon to purchase an item over the counter, and although it turned out they didn't have what I needed, the lady who assisted me, Lena, was incredibly helpful, polite, and patient. I don't currently bring my animals here, but the excellent customer service I received has definitely made me consider changing vets. Thank you, Lena, for taking the time to help an older lady out. Your kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated.
