I had a great experience at palms trading. Guy Berger was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding a concho belt i brought in. I was impressed with the selection of amazing pottery they had in stock including some large pieces by phenomenal native artists that you don't see very often. Maybe purchasing here is fine but selling is a horrible experience. I emailed asking if they were interested in buying an extensive Native American pottery collection and was responded to with a request to send measurements, photos, and prices to another person which I promptly did. I waited 2 weeks with no response...which delayed my seeking alternative methods to sell the collection in a probate situation that needed to be finalized.
