The receptionist is the rudest lady I’ve ever met in my life an make sure you watch and look up the prices they charge you for your parts they over charge tremendously. They try an squeeze as much money out of you as possible and they aren’t good at righting there wrongs. Send you threw ever hoop possible better off making the trip to Duluth or Virginia for quality work at a good price
Dont ever bring your vehicle to this establishment. they over charge for parts. i brought my vehicle there because of a noise in the back an they said it was my springs so 300 dollars late r i drive out of there parking lot an the noise is still there then they tell me i have to pay more labor when its a 40 dollar part. so i schedule an appt the day before i work at 8 they said they can get it done in time an they lock my car in their garage over night when they dont open until after i have to be at work...
