I called them because some of their work on my windows had failed. They came out and said, yep-- it's under warranty-- we'll come out and fix it. That was over a MONTH ago. I've called and called; the officer manager has said they'd call back the same day. Over and over again. They NEVER DID. We put our house on the market and told P 2 P we needed the work done because of that. No call back. Then I told them when it was in escrow and to please call me back. They didn't. Palms to Pines Mirror and Glass provided excellent service on a difficult lock repair on an Anderson door. The repair crews were courteous and helpful. The initial visit was a bust because the part ordered was incorrect. Palms to Pines staff re-ordered the correct part and rushed installation while keeping me informed of progress and schedule changes. Well done!

I was referred to Palms to Pines approximately 5-6 years for my home and my interior design business. Their customer service staff, estimators and installers are helpful, kind and do their very best to offer good lead times, cost and pay attention to the necessary details. Their follow-up process could improve but it's due to their workload, which, after COVID19, has changed in all areas of products and services.
