Palms to Pines Mirror and Glass provided excellent service on a difficult lock repair on an Anderson door. The repair crews were courteous and helpful. The initial visit was a bust because the part ordered was incorrect. Palms to Pines staff re-ordered the correct part and rushed installation while keeping me informed of progress and schedule changes. Well done!
I was referred to Palms to Pines approximately 5-6 years for my home and my interior design business. Their customer service staff, estimators and installers are helpful, kind and do their very best to offer good lead times, cost and pay attention to the necessary details. Their follow-up process could improve but it's due to their workload, which, after COVID19, has changed in all areas of products and services.
