I wouldn't go anywhere else after using this facility. They are family owned, personalised and professional service, very affordable and competitive, every storage shed/unit they showed me to choose from was very clean. We needed to extend our contract, although they were fully booked, they rearranged others to accommodate me, without losing any business. Definitely deserve 5 stars
Absolutely amazing experience with this beautiful Darwin family owned storage company! I was in a stressful situation and they managed to get me in within an hour with no fuss at all. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like family, such a genuine, caring, and welcoming vibe. For the last few years I have been a customer of Palms Rural Storage. I was in between homes & taking on a small storage shed seemed like the obvious option. The Palms Team made this super easy for me, they provided practical & face to face advice & support. To be honest, this type of assistance hasn’t stopped.
