Easy sign up, good peice, great facility, easy access.
For the last few years I have been a customer of Palms Rural Storage. I was in between homes & taking on a small storage shed seemed like the obvious option. The Palms Team made this super easy for me, they provided practical & face to face advice & support. To be honest, this type of assistance hasn’t stopped. The real time support is exceptional, even to the point of rescuing me in the evening recently when by car battery stopped working! Really nasty woman runs this place
Run by the same aggressive woman at the Yarrawonga branch. Customers beware.
Not as bad as their one in Yarrawonga but still stay away. Terrible customer service.
