This renovated. very cool "vintage" hotel is a terrific place to stay. Wonderful hospitality and location. Highly recommended.
We loved everything about this place, from our friendly welcome (with great advice about the area), to the comfortable bed, to the delicious coffee in the courtyard in the morning. So happy we found it on our drive north. We’ll definitely visit again.
Rooms are old and have the ambiance of the inside of a garage. Unfinished concrete floors like a basement. Cracked. Room musty smell. Mattresses very overused and unfirm. Might be popular for the younger beach crowd. People extremely nice and friendly. Close to beach and walkable. Virtually no parking, need to park and cross streets to get to your room. No carts for baggage, just drag them from your vehicle. Not conducive for mature adults.
Super cute 60-s motel-vibe from first appearance, but quite a very cool niche little motel. Super convenient to everything. Rooms updated, and very comfortable. Loved the 'lots of pillow' feel for a really comfortable sleep. Check in and out easy - even if staff were not available at all times. TV, coffee machine, nice shampoos, towels, beach chairs, wifi and a frig. Lots of area restaurants, and the beach 6 blocks,
