before i moved to jax, id always book this spot for my stay. the vibe is immaculate. it opened my eyes to boutique hotels. way better experience than your chain hotels. i live here now, and my husband&i use it as a date night staycation. it’s quiet and walking distance to a town center and the beach. the spot is beachy, cool, and clean. local family owns the spot and takes great care with a small staff. support local businesses! catch the coffee there too when u can.
We’ve stayed at Hotel Palms numerous times and every time is a great experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff is welcoming, accommodating and very helpful. Close to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants.
Great place! Large rooms, very clean, attentive, staff, and conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
We picked a staycation for Valentine's weekend. We've stayed in the Jacksonville Beach area previously and enjoyed the area. I had really high hopes for a relaxing, quiet weekend, but I only got the quiet part, unfortunately. The hotel is laid out nicely, and the vibe is great. But we will not be returning.
