We needed a last minute reservation and our normal “go to” was booked! I am so glad it was because we found a gem at the Hotel Palms and It far exceeded my expectations. Located in a Safe neighborhood, cute and clean rooms, wonderful customer service and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping! I will definitely be returning.
Wonderful little hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed and pillows are comfy. Parking is easy. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There is a great little coffee shop in the front. And it’s a quick walk to the beach. Much nicer place than all the corporate offerings on beach front. This will be the only place I stay whenever I come back to Jacksonville.
Loved the cozy atmosphere and room size there was lots of space. Close walking distance to restaurants and beach. Friendly people too. I Would suggest a small microwave in room.
A few years ago a relative stayed at the Palms Hotel. Growing up in that area I was familiar with the excellent location, but had never stayed there. That changed when we returned a few years ago and stayed there. It is a delightful place to stay. The rooms are perfect, the linens and towels are exceptional and the staff honoring the way to make it a most enjoyable. We just returned from Our 4th visit and plan to go back again soon. You will love it !
Great location, walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard is charming and the rooms are fantastic, would 100% recommend to friends/family. thanks for a great stay, perfect area in Atlantic Beach!
