I would never recommend this pool company. as im reading reviews I find I am not the only one who didn't get consistant service. it would be 2 and 3 weeks that they wouldn't show. and when you call the common core mean office girl and tell her they missed 7 service calls she tells you the service guy said he was there and your pool filter is bad, that's why its not clean. i have always paid even when they didn't show. i just got a bill that was almost double. i am now reading reviews that show criminal billing and liens on ... read more
I contacted Palms Pool for services and some repairs on my new home. I met with the Owner of the company Peter M., he took his time to explain the ins and outs of my pool as this is the first time I am a pool owner. I got a bunch of repairs done that were needed and hired them to service my pool weekly. The pool is running great and is crystal clear. Perfect. I would highly recommend Palms Pool to anyone looking for good services!
