This place (pool) was off the chain! The music, the atmosphere, the people, everything was right on point. And the service was second to none. Very friendly and always available.
Great cabana
I booked two experiences at the Palms Pool. I went to the Palms pool and booked a daybed in mid-July. My group was attended to by Trinity. She seemed nice enough at first, but as problems arose with some food we ordered, she stated that "She did not eat the food there" and implied we should know she didn't eat there based on her physique and proceeded to do nothing to offer a solution/alternative to help resolve the issue.
