This is the worst place I've looked at yet. The place is a dump with condemned trailers still standing since hurricane Ivan. No repairs have been made since the hurricane including a closed pier where people used to fish. The manager, Blas, is the nastiest man I've ever met, saying that he doesn't give a sh*t about the home owners there. He is solely responsible for my decision to not buy there even with the condemned trailers still there. I will recommend this place to no one, not even my worst enemy.
