After a rather frustrating experience at another clinic, Palms and Paws far exceeded my expectations for a veterinary clinic. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Gerbatsch gave an extremely comprehensive and thorough explanation and plan for helping me understand the best way forward for my pets needs. Costs were very clearly communicated and they were extremely great at handling my pet with care. They also helped with administering medicine before I left. It was overall a wonderful experience.

We brought in our dog Winnie in twice to see Dr. Alina K. and we love how thorough and kind she is. She is always there for us and gives us options a, b, and c. The clinic is very clean and modern and staff are all great and sweet to our little Win, which is all we can ask for. This place is the best and we trust the team completely. Thank you to the Dr. K for finally getting her diarrhea in check and managing her ear infection, our carpet thanks you!
