Palms & Paws provided exceptional care during an incredibly difficult experience. I was new to LA without an established vet when my cat suddenly became very sick, and their team met us with compassion and professionalism from the start. Dr. K was thoughtful and thorough in diagnosing Gizmo’s kidney disease and consistently checked in with a calm, reassuring presence. My cat was injured this morning, and I rushed him over to Palms& Paws. They took care of him immediately, the care was impeccable. I wish I had this kind of care for myself.

I never thought I would be back to Palms & Paws, but I did give them a fair and honest rating of 3 on my last review. I decided I would give them one more chance doing something I thought they could handle. My first rating of 3 was a gift. It means satisfactory. It was truthful and clear.
