This company deserves zero stars! I am still being billed repeatedly for one that I paid in November 2023. I have called (no return calls), sent emails, sent Fed Ex—all with proof of payment. VERY FRUSTRATING!! I will be complaining to the Gastro group about this company.
I am very concerned about the billing practices of this company. I had already paid my bill a few months ago and I am still receiving bills in the mail. They also never answer their phone or reply to any messages left. I am not sure why Gastro Health teams up with this company.
Like others have mentioned, I'm experiencing serious billing issues. My insurance denied the claim only because Palms Pathology failed to provide the required documentation, not because the service wasn’t covered. Instead of resolving this with the insurer, they’ve been billing me directly for over $3,000. I’ve tried calling, left voicemails, attempted to use their website contact form, which errors out, and even reached out to the owner on LinkedIn. No response at all.
Random bill from this company and they won’t give any explanation. Same issues as others. Reporting to BBB.
Called the Phone Number on the website and handled the bill I received 2 weeks ago.
