Like others have mentioned, I'm experiencing serious billing issues. My insurance denied the claim only because Palms Pathology failed to provide the required documentation, not because the service wasn’t covered. Instead of resolving this with the insurer, they’ve been billing me directly for over $3,000. I’ve tried calling, left voicemails, attempted to use their website contact form, which errors out, and even reached out to the owner on LinkedIn. No response at all.
Random bill from this company and they won’t give any explanation. Same issues as others. Reporting to BBB.
Called the Phone Number on the website and handled the bill I received 2 weeks ago.

Same issues as everyone else! No phone numbers to call. Multiple bills being issued even though I've already paid. Reporting to BBB and I've reached out to my endoscopy center who sent them the work to let them know they should break their contract. Bad business.
