ROACHES EVERYWHERE. On the walls, in the kitchen - baby roaches, adult roaches. Management does not care. Pest control doesn't care. You are on your own to get rid of these things. This place has gone downhill drastically over the last year, especially since Irma came through. A lot of shady activity has also been going on in the parking lot. I don't like to write negative reviews, but this place has become abysmal.

I absolutely enjoyed living here just wish they had elevators LOL because we live on the top floor and I'm pregnant for the second time and it's not fun walking up and down all the stairs but other than that it's beautiful the pool is extremely nice the little playground is nice to have the trash compactor is very convenient and having a gated community is nice. Nice place but terrible, arrogant, management. When you ask a question that they don't like it doesn't matter how many time you ask them they simply refuse to answer.
