Location is good. Rent is not bad, but when we barely have amenities. And the washers and dryers are only getting worse and not fixed. I love Ty! He is great fyi. So can you please get the washers and dryers fixed and then I'll update this review.Thank you
If you dare to reporting your problem the maintenance will decide what, when will be fix. Most apartment has a black mold. Dangerous dogs are barks all days and nights. Poops are all over around the buildings. The owner never answer your call, the maintenance is aggressive and rude. I moved out a month ago. Ps: you can smell the drugs all the time even if you are in your apartment.

I live here since 2018. I love to be here. Yes, sometimes we have to wait until the maintenance come and fix things and he isn't the best but he isn't a worse either. The owner and his entire family are hard worker. They surely take care of the apartments. The manager Randy is always available and give fast response. He is respectful and polite. During the years I live here, many things changed and I am happy to be a tenant. I pay my rent on time, I do not smoke and I keep my apartment clean. I truly enjoy the peace and quie... read more
