1 STAR – I wish I could rate it even lower. Hopefully writing this review will finally get management to actually listen and maybe… just maybe… start doing their jobs as well, because what is happening in this office, specifically in the referral department, is completely unacceptable. I'm leaving this practice after 3 yrs as I only hung on because my doctor Amy Connoll is the most amazing doctor I've ever had. However, I am an HMO with disabilities on SSDI so I see 8 specialists & authorizations must be done by PCP who is an amazing doctor but i have to schedule virtual appts to get her to help get auths done cuz auth dept Johnny NEVER gets them done or returns my calls!!!
