If you are looking for an affordable and safe place to live ... then keep on looking because The Palms LLC on Second St. is not it! My mom was so grateful to have found this place when she moved here from the Bay area to pay for my 90+ yr.old grandma's nursing care. Mom's cost was $1200 a month at the time, but was about to go to $2500 for 24 hr. care. Mom thought that she might have to be homeless if she couldn't find an affordable place to live.
