By far the worst customer service I was checked into a room that was completely dirty and thrashed. I asked for a refund was refused so I chose to stay and get another room. When I got to my room, the key did not work so I called the office being that I was traveling with three suitcases and my puppy And they refuse to bring me a key told me that I needed to reload my car with all my suitcases and drive back to the front office to get a key! Attraction here for one night stay due to the situation at my house. After getting into the room I noticed several problems. Open the door to put my bag in it there with McDonald's trash left in it from a previous occupant. I went to take a shower and the shower was not working correctly extreme small amount of water barely a trickle then it would not shut off. Terrible nasty hotel. They have black mold. They have cockroaches and they rip you off here. Sometimes you have to pay for a deposit. Sometimes you don’t me and my husband bought a room the night before so we would be OK the next day and they took our money and they’re making us pay a double deposit do not come to this hotel they’re disrespectful. They don’t know how to run the hotel. There’s drug activity and police activity. It’s not safe staying here do not come here.
White lady don’t answer the phone and when she answer she hang up without saying a word if you dont like your job Quit it but don’t be rude to costumers
