Avoid this place like the plague. My stay at Palms Inn & Suites was beyond awful. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a suffocating, foul odor that made it nearly impossible to breathe. I literally had to keep the door open just to get any fresh air. The entire place feels neglected and falling apart. Everything looks worn down, poorly maintained, and far from clean. I had a terrible experience at Palms Inn & Suites. The room had an overwhelming, foul smell that made it hard to even breathe. It was so bad that I had to keep the door open just to get some fresh air in. On top of that, the place felt very run-down and poorly maintained. Everything looked worn out and neglected, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The condition of the room and the strong odor made it a very unpleasant experience. Stay away from this place

The room had bed bugs I was told I would get reimbursed but nothing has been processed.i called I was asked to call the following day.i call again and I was told they were waiting for the owner approval for reimbursement.so I call again today,was told owner did not approve the reimbursement to call tomorrow once again.

Thankful to have had a place for the night and heater was working, but, in all honesty, won't be staying here again. Price listed online was lower than was charged at check in. Rooms need a lot of upkeep and renovation.
