Better than nothing but very poor. Atmosphere depressing: dirty inadiquit; Landry (1 washing machine for 205 units), 1 wast dumpter for the same (often overflowing to the parking lot), constant emergency services and negative environmental noise in an impoverished neighborhood. However best option for Santa Rosa's homeless a VET struggling to survive.
