First off, 7 years since I've returned here. Reading previous reviews = undeserved. Sharz receptionist and dental assistant, was such a lovely, friendly, straightforward lady. Greeted us, guided us and was very reassuring the whole time, would return just for the customer service. Askhat Goyal is obviously a qualified and experienced dental practitioner, he was professional, informative, respectful about my opinions and offered reasonable alternatives to increase optimal results for future care. This was my second visit with Daniel for filling repair. It was the best experience I've ever had in the dentist chair. Kept me informed through the entire process and was painless and though Thanks for great work
Tracy was very informative and caring. I appreciated her advice on my dental care given my other medical conditions.
Here’s the thing highly not recommended as my partner and I walked in there number one the customer service of the receptionist was a grade but the doctor and the other hand was so unhelpful he kept convincing my husband in guessing a root canal when we have already told them it’s not affordable and we have other plans about his tooth/all his teeth but the doctor wasn’t happy with that he kept coming up with different excuses with the procedure that’s going to happen down the line he was suggesting that we shouldn’t do stuff... read more
I just had my 2nd wisdom tooth removal by Daniel and I couldn't be more impressed. Both times I've been in for extractions he's been very reassuring and efficient at the removals. Prior to Palms Dental I had a lot of anxiety around dentists. Daniel and the assistants are great at what they do and I'm confident that all future dental work I require will be done with them.
