Please please be careful with this place! I gave a $1,999 deposit and only received $860 back. Management said verbally it was for carpet expenses, but we never received any written documentation or proof to justify those charges. There was no proper explanation or official statement provided. In addition, the common areas are almost always closed. The gym has been closed for over a year with constant excuses for not reopening, and the pool is also frequently unavailable.
I live here and I have a lot of complaints, the principal areas to recreate always are closed, Gym and pool always closed. And they take all your deposit without explanations or real proofs. Please be careful.
I visited Palma at Countryside Apartments and met with Stacy. She showed me a one bedroom apartment! She was amazing and a trooper walking in the rain! She was soooo helpful and because of her I want to get a place here! Great personality, friendly and so helpful!! Great service and would recommend her and these apartments! My name is Maria.

Omg Tracy is freaking amazing , she’s super kind, I lost my wallet and she found and returned it to me! I’m visiting a friend but I’ve been to pool & wow one of best pools I’ve ever seen , super clean , big , lights up at night . Love it . My friend Apt is so cute , clean , spacey , think I may move here myself . All the staff has been so kind , even the Maintance guy , I have to say Thanks again Tracy . You made my day today .
