Great response time. Zachary, the technician, was extremely polite and friendly and checked everything thoroughly, explaining what the issue was and had our AC back up and running within the hour.
Putrid stalking behavior from service tech at 4pm on 10/28/25, also lied about there being only dirt “not hazardous to health” in A/C after cleaning it (done poorly), noticed visible remaining mold and lizard droppings (hazardous to health) after being cleaned.
Had a great experience with Alonzo and the team at Palms Heating and Air! I needed a vent relocated and some help venting a bathroom fan to the exterior of my home. Alonzo was super solution-minded, bringing up pros/cons of each proposal. He was extremely competent and made the whole thing seem like a breeze. Very professional, clean work with reasonable pricing. Will definitely be calling this crew again for any future AC-related items. Thanks!
I can’t say enough great things about Palms! I reached out and they were able to come to my home, diagnose, and fix the AC issue all within a matter of a few hours! I’m blown away by how quickly everything happened. Not to mention, Zach explained everything thoroughly and was so friendly! He and Alonzo are a phenomenal team—their customer service was truly top notch. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing assistance with their HVAC. Thank you for an amazing experience!
