Palms Air conditioning and Heating is Alsome ...I love the fact that the owner leads by Example out in the field working... His workers very polite very knowledgeable & keep you posted at all times they solve my problem that a Big name long term company cause due to lack of experience & kept charging me & when I call to speak to supervisor or manager they won't call you back ......Thank you Palms HVAC this company will always do my service
Zachary and Kenzie were fantastic! They were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They identified an issue during the inspection, took the time to show me exactly what they found (including a video of the specific problem) and clearly explained everything. They were able to repair it the same day, and it was obvious they genuinely care about doing the job right. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience a great one. I highly recommend them!
Zach is a true professional. I like that he explains everything. Palm’s AC is very honest. They never give me the run around that my past providers constantly tried to do.
Palms Air Conditioning and Heating is in my opinion the best A/C company in Jacksonville. I meant to do a review 1 1/2 yrs ago when they installed my new unit but got side tracked with busy life. As I was doing things today i noticed the house kept getting warmer to about 3pm on a Saturday thinking they wouldnt answer and I would have to suffer the weekend....i called and Alonso quickly answered and said when he finished the job he was on would come by. After getting two quotes for our AC issues, I can confidently say that choosing Palms Air Conditioning and Heating was the best decision we made.
