James was friendly, honest and gave me exactly what I asked for. He was very efficient, fitting the ducting when he could and the main units once they were off the boat. The installation was flawless and very neat and he cleans up after himself. His offsider is equally affable and hard working. All in all a very positive experience. It’s really nice to find someone who takes pride in their work. I can recommend him wholeheartedly!
